Improved embryo freezing technique could preserve endangered species

Cornell researchers including physics professor Robert Thorne announce a new method for freezing embryos 30 times father than current protocols. The method could be used to improve assisted reproduction in animals and humans, including IVF, or to conserve biodiversity.
